If everything works out with this laser test it could be the beginning major changes in long-distance data communications. I know I am just nerdy enough to get excited about these kinds of technology advances. imagine being on the moon and being able to update your Facebook account 🙂 perhaps you could use foursquare and become the mayor of the moon. The possibilities are endless!
